These new sessions are based on the first session of our postnatal courses in Buckinghamshire for new parents. Lots of parents appreciate having 2 hours to check in with how they’re feeling about the challenges of parenting and the different emotions that come up. Lots of people have asked me to run a session for parents of similar aged babies to them where we can openly talk about how you’re finding this stage of parenting and connect with other parents of similar aged babies.
