Peer Supporter Course
Peer Supporter Slings & Carriers Workshop in Buckinghamshire
£80 (or £40 if you’ll be volunteering with the library)
This course is aimed at people who give information about slings and baby carriers to parents. We are running it as part of our not for profit South Bucks Sling & Nappy Library which is why you get a subsidised course price if you will be volunteering with us!
The course focuses on the practical skills of using slings/carriers, including sling safety and knowledge of different types of slings (with focus on stretchy wraps). The course is over 1 day with some coursework and you will get a certificate at the end.
The course will be run by Jodie and will be held at Great Missenden Memorial Hall where there is free parking outside. If you have slings and carriers of your own - feel free to bring them along but we will have lots for you to practice with.
