Our antenatal & hypnobirthing refresher course is taught by an honest, friendly midwife and prepares you for having another baby. Plus, you’ll make a group of local friends in the same boat as you!
February Refreshers course: for due dates from April - July 2023
In person group session at Daisy Dots Photography, 5 Main Street, Middleton, Market Harborough, LE16 8YU on Sunday 26th March from 9.30-1pm
Group Zoom session: Tuesday 28th March at 7pm
You have the option of booking the Group only Refreshers course for a recap of your birth/postnatal options and a discussion of how to prepare for adding a baby to your family and how to help with the transition, plus you meet local parents in the same boat. This option is £150 which includes a handout, goodie bag and WhatsApp support.
You also have the option however of booking a Full Refreshers course which is £300 - you get the group sessions as a recap of birth options and a chance to meet local parents but you also have a 3 hour 1:1 session with Anne at your home to talk through your individual situation and options for your birth and postnatal period this time around. This is because we found in previous refreshers courses that people needed this time to talk through options in a 1:1 setting as previous births may have been different from others in the group, changing your birth preferences this time around!
