It’s my baby sister’s birthday and she’s turning 30! My sister is living in Australia at the moment so I haven’t been able to give her a hug for 11 months and I really, really, REALLY miss her ❤️

I’m working really hard to lose weight and strengthen up which is no joke with a chronic joint condition! I’m down 8kg (another 12kg to go) and I feel fitter than I h
