The Village Midwife
Pregnancy Course
Start your pregnancy feeling
informed, not overwhelmed
Our pregnancy course is taught by a midwife, pelvic health physiotherapist and a pregnancy nutritionist - with everything you need to know for pregnancy
Pregnancy information is everywhere — but knowing what to trust can feel overwhelming.
After 13 years of supporting pregnant women and 8 years of teaching antenatal courses, I’ve seen this shift firsthand. Expectant parents are more informed than ever, yet often feel less confident, more anxious, and unsure which advice truly applies to them.
That’s exactly why I created our much-loved antenatal course, now taught by passionate midwives across the UK. But something kept niggling at me.
So many of the questions, worries, and decisions we cover in antenatal classes actually come up much earlier in pregnancy — often when people feel most uncertain and least supported.
After a long gestation period (while I was busy midwife-ing!), I’ve finally created a course designed specifically to be accessed from the early stages of pregnancy,
This course gives you clear, evidence-based guidance from the very beginning, so you can feel confident, informed, and prepared — without information overload.
This isn’t about telling you what to do. It’s about giving you the knowledge, tools, and reassurance you need to trust yourself and your choices — from the very start of your pregnancy.
