What do you come to expect from me when I’m teaching?? What are my catchphrases? Does my ADHD brain come across?! Someone was recently surprised that I had matching socks on and it made me think

I’ve actually taken a whole week off work which is very unlike me - but *very* needed!

Anyway, nearly 7 years in to being self employed I still struggle so much with the question - why is it SO hard to switch off when you run your own business

It’s been absolutely lush seeing these guys come back for the postnatal course with their babies in Wendover ❤️

So lucky to get so much continuity with my clients and especially to do it in my own, comfy space!

A client made this for me while she was nap trapped by her baby - I hadn’t seen these before (apparently I live under a rock 😂) and had to ask my wife what it was all about!!
